Newsletters will be published on a quarterly schedule: April, July, October, January.

Policies and Guidelines for Submittals to the ACE Newsletter:

• ACE appreciates submittals for the newsletter. Send articles by email to any of the ACE Editors. Please note in the header that the submittal is for ACE. Material will need to be to the editors by the end of month preceding the publication date to be included in the next issue. If there is not room to include all submitted material in the most current issue, some material may be saved for the following issue.
• All submitted articles and materials will become the property of ACE.
• ACE does not reserve exclusive rights to any article; articles can be submitted to other journals and newsletters.
• Electronic submittals are preferable. If graphics, footnotes or references are included in the article, they should be incorporated into the text, and not sent as separate files. Total article length should be limited to two 8.5" x 11" pages. Shorter articles are preferred.
• SI units are preferred; consistency in units is required.
• Anonymous submittals will not be published.
